We recognise that our business activities have an impact on the environment. We have formulated our own environmental policy and conduct our business in line with best environmental practice. In managing our business we:-

• promote the reduction or recycling of waste in the office
• meet all relevant environmental legislation and regulatory requirements
• aim to reduce energy and resource consumption by promoting effective and efficient reduction methods consistent with best practice
• encourage staff to play an effective role in achieving our environmental objectives
• continue to develop and implement an environmental management strategy, including specific measurable objectives
• use, where appropriate, the most resource efficient technologies in the media for communicating and maintaining records
• purchase whenever possible environmentally preferable goods and services
• influence our suppliers and contracts to ensure that goods and services suppliers support our environmental policy
• carry out an internal firm environmental audit at least once every year and review and revise our policy of environmental strategy as necessary
