Paul is the firms managing partner and deals with all aspects of commercial property.
He specialises in commercial property transactions, particularly development transactions including site assembly; contracts conditional upon planning, letting and funding; profit sharing and property finance.
Paul has been the driving force behind the expansion of TTKW and has developed a large and impressive list of clients ranging from high net worth individuals to PLCs.
Paul’s personable approach has resulted in him forming close relationships with many of the firms clients.
