Simon is a Partner with our Corporate/Commercial Department specialising in M&A and corporate refinancing of UK and international companies.
He acts for both companies and investment banks in both the domestic and foreign arenas. He also act for some prominent football clubs as well as many internet based companies.
Simon originally trained with TTKW and has contributed vast amounts to the firm by building an impressive client base as well as being an integral part of the firms growth and expansion.
